WEEK 10
Here is the last week.
Time went so fast. During this amazing online course I learnt a lot. I met so many professionals.
Thanks to Donna for making this course even more fascinating for us. She did her best to help us get to the point.
I will recommend my friends to take the course. This course gave me lots of hands-on practice and lots of tools to use.
I am thankful to course organizers for giving us this chance. For US Embassy for spreading the word. and to all of you for sharing and giving me your productive comments.

I look forward to meeting you all face-to-face, maybe through some program.

Week 9
Here we are, going to the end.
Can't believe it, the weeks went so fast, we are so close to finish.
We have learnt a lot from the course, we have made many friends and we have  created a project, now it's time to think about implementation.
This week I added my project plan according the comments my colleague made to it. I would like to Thank Namse for giving me good ideas and making good comments to revise. Now I believe my project looks better, and is waiting for it's target.
I look forward to your blog posts which I love reading.

Week 8 - Getting too close
Here we are working on our project plans.
I have read through some really bright plans and I am thinking of my own one.
I decided to choose some topics and teach something general like "Civic Education" topics.
This subject is new to our schools and we have no qualified teachers to teach the subject, so I have decided to teach about: Tolerance
My classroom is full of ethnic diversity students, so they have to appreciate each others' culture.
Now when I have decided what to do I have to make a draft and share with you soon.

A very interesting task indeed!

Week 7 -  A Project Draft Week
I have been very busy this week, since I had to be with my son for some reasons Dear Donna gave me some more time to complete the tasks -which I appreciate so much.

I have been looking through all past weeks and tasks to write a draft project, which I am going to share with Namse. He has already uploaded his - that sounds like a wonderful plan, I will give him comments soon.
As for my Draft Project  -I have to think a lot not to miss any important points about my students.
Seems it's going to be a hard job - I will do my best.
Hurray we are so close to the end can't believe it.

Week 6

Hello everybody!

This week like other weeks has been very productive. We read about techniques and tips to engage students in lesson process and make lessons interactive. We learned about web-based tools like interactive PowerPoint Presentation (PPT).  Though I have used PPT before at lessons, I found interactive one pretty new.
I am not teaching right now so I have to plan my project carefully. So I have been browsing a lot this week to find good tools for the project to implement.
I am thinking about PBL and PPT to use. It requires much time and effort to plan so that every student is involved and enjoys the lesson.
I hope in the end my project will end up to be fun, interesting and engaging.

Week 5

Hello again and again,

Each week turns to be more and more productive, this week gave me a chance to create a rubric which I enjoyed a lot, it was super easy! Such a nice thing to have.
I read through two amazing articles on PBL and thought a lot about PBL I am implementing in my classroom.
WebQuest - turned out to be complicated for me. I have never used it before, I looked through lots of examples and find them useful but when I tried to create one it went complicated. I look forward to your suggestions maybe I did something wrong but whatever I did it did not seem to have a layout. http://zunal.com/webquest.php?w=291502 - this is the link if you would have a look.

Thank you in advance,

Week 4
During this productive week I explored some really great websites such as  http://www.magickeys.com/books/
 http://americanenglish.state.gov/ebooks
We get amazing tools every other day to improve our teaching methods and implement new materials in the classroom.
I managed to narrow down my project problems.
I read through 7 people's blog posts.
My challenging part: a technology enhanced lesson plan, which was just one activity - done. but I had a struggle at the beginning thinking about the technology to use than availability for students then the use of it, but in the end i think I managed to come up with a good idea.
and now here I am writing a week post. I hope I am in time, this week has been a very load one for me as my students are taking exams in my school.

Week 3

Hello Everyone!

Here is my Productive, Delicious, Aural Week 3  post.

This week has been a  "Delicious Week". I received lots of suggestions from you and lots of bright ideas, that I appreciate so much. I learnt about teaching aural/oral activities in my classroom. Now I will be using so many enjoyable activities when I go back to teaching in September. The websites I have explored  One Stop EnglishESL About.com and ESL Galaxy are super!
I created an account on Delicious. I have never used it before, so I would like to thank the organizers of the course for providing us with so many nice websites and ideas.
After reading some nice projects of previous participants of the course I got inspired to do the same projects in my school.
In addition to this the grades I got for the previous weeks motivated me even more.
Thank you Donna,

Week 2

Hello everyone,

Now we know each other, It's really amazing to get y our comments and suggestions, such fun to work with so many bright professionals around the world.
Week 2 has gone fine and has been very productive for me. I put down some project ideas that will help me implement it in the future. Week 2 has forced me to think about my learners more and to set goals suitable for them.
Writing objectives was not that fun I would say as it turned out I was not precise enough in writing it. ABCD objective is pretty new for me. Of course I am used to writing objectives but not in this format.
I am looking forward to working with you next few weeks,

Week 1, Reflection

Hello Dear colleagues,
Here is my blog.
I am Tinatin but here in Georgia people always make names shorter or softer, thus I am usually called Tiko.
I have always wanted to have a blog but did not know how to create it, therefore right now I am delighted to be using and editing "My Blog". We have not started yet and I have already learnt a lot. My own blog sounds wonderful. I am playing around to get the idea. It seems that the blog is going to be an amazing tool for teaching.
This is definitely going to be a successful, productive course. The instructions given are very clear, precise and so well designed that I don't even have any questions, I just followed the instructions and here I am ending up with a blog. Hurray!!!
As I said I am playing around, here is what I managed. This is my son. (Am I allowed to do this?)

I am looking forward to learning more and more.
All the best
Tinatin (Tiko)
